New Exchange Policy

Turaag.com থেকে আপনার অর্ডার করা যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রতি আপনার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। প্রতিটি ডেলিভারি ও পরিবর্তন আমাদের বর্তমান স্টক প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সময়সীমা ও যোগ্যতা (Exchange Eligibility)

• পণ্য ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে পরিবর্তনের আবেদন করতে হবে।
• যেকোনো পণ্য কেবল একবারই পরিবর্তন (Exchange) করার সুযোগ থাকবে।
• পণ্যটি অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ অব্যবহৃত, না-ধোয়া (Unwashed), অপরিবর্তিত এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণক ও রিফান্ড নীতি (Verification & Refund Terms)

• পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সময় অরিজিনাল ক্যাশ মেমো, পণ্যের হ্যাং ট্যাগ ও বারকোড অক্ষত অবস্থায় উপস্থাপন করা বাধ্যতামূলক। এগুলো ছাড়া পরিবর্তন প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে না।
• যেকোনো পরিস্থিতিতে কোনো নগদ অর্থ ফেরত (Cash Refund) দেওয়া হবে না।

মূল্য সমন্বয় ও স্টক (Value Adjustment)

• পণ্যটি অবশ্যই সমান বা বেশি মূল্যের কোনো পণ্যের সাথে পরিবর্তন করতে হবে।
• নতুন পণ্যের মূল্য বেশি হলে মূল্যের পার্থক্য সমপরিমাণ অর্থ গ্রাহককে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• একই পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে গ্রাহক সমমূল্যের বা অতিরিক্ত মূল্য পরিশোধ সাপেক্ষে অন্য যেকোনো পণ্য বেছে নিতে পারবেন।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে পরিবর্তন প্রযোজ্য নয় (Non-Exchangeable Items)

• স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও সুরক্ষার স্বার্থে ইনারওয়্যার, মোজা এবং যেকোনো এক্সেসরিজ পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
• যেকোনো ধরনের ডিসকাউন্ট, ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেল বা অফারের পণ্য পরিবর্তনের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

Exchange Eligibility & Window

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Product exchanges are allowed strictly once per purchase/item.
• Merchandise must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original, saleable condition.

Mandatory Verification & Refund Policy

• The original cash memo, attached hang tags, and intact barcode must be presented upon exchange. Exchanges will not be processed without these.
• Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Pricing & Replacement Terms

• Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or higher value.
• If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be settled by the customer.
• If the identical product is out of stock, customers may select another suitable item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.

Non-Exchangeable Categories (Exclusions)

• For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-exchangeable.
• Items purchased under discounts, seasonal promotions, or clearance offers are not eligible for exchange.
