Turaag.com থেকে আপনার অর্ডার করা যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রতি আপনার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি স্টক প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে

 

*ক্রয়ের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে গুণগত ত্রুটির জন্য ক্লেইম করতে হবে। 

* কোয়ালিটি  অ্যাসুরেন্স টিম ক্লেইম মূল্যায়ন করবে এবং এতে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ কার্যদিবস লাগতে পারে।

* যেকোনো ক্লেইম করতে হলে অরিজিনাল ক্যাশ মেমো দেখানো  বাধ্যতামূলক।

* ক্লেইমের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো নগদ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না। শুধুমাত্র সমান বা বেশি মূল্যের পণ্যের সঙ্গে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।

* পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অপরিশোধিত এবং বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

* ডিসকাউন্ট/অফারের পণ্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।

* অপব্যবহার ও অবহেলাজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য ক্লেইম গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

* অবহেলা বলতে যত্নের নিয়ম না মানা, ভুলভাবে সংরক্ষণ, বা অসাবধানতায় পণ্যের ক্ষতি হওয়া।* পরিবর্তিত, কাস্টমাইজড, বা মেরামত করা পণ্য  ক্লেইম বা পরিবর্তন যোগ্য নয়।

*  যদি একই পণ্য না পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে গ্রাহক সমান বা বেশি মূল্যের অন্য পণ্য বেছে নিয়ে পার্থক্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।

* টুরাগ অ্যাকটিভ ক্লেইম সম্পর্কিত সকল বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেবার অধিকার রাখে।

 

 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from Turaag.com. The delivery of your order is subject to the availability of stock.

 

  • * Claims for quality issues must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • * Our Quality Assurance team will evaluate claims and may take up to 5 working days for assessment.

  • * The original cash memo is mandatory for processing any claim.

  • * No cash refunds will be issued for claims – only replacement or exchange is applicable for a product of equal or higher value.

  • * Damage due to misuse or negligence is not eligible for claims.

    • *Misuse includes improper washing, incorrect use, exposure to harsh chemicals, and altering the product.
    • *Negligence includes not following care instructions, storing the product in unsuitable conditions (e.g., damp, excessive heat), or accidental damage.

  • * If the same product is unavailable, customers can choose another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference.

  • * Altered, customized, or repaired products are not eligible for claim or exchange.

  • * Turaag Active reserves the right to make the final decision on all claim matters.
