* আপনি ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে আপনার পণ্য চেক করবেন এবং গ্রহণ করবেন বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে। ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা আকারে কোনো অমিল বা মূল্যের সমস্যা থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির কাছে ফেরত দিন।

অর্ডার পলিসি:

* আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে স্টকে দেখানো পণ্যের জন্য আপনার জন্য পরিষেবাগুলো এভেইলেবল আছে। 

* বর্তমানে, প্রতিটি অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র একটি গন্তব্য ঠিকানায় পাঠানো হবে। গ্রাহকরা যদি বিভিন্ন ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠাতে চান, গ্রাহকদের একাধিক আলাদা অর্ডার দিতে হবে।

* যে অর্ডারগুলির জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করা হয় তা বাতিল করা যাবে না যদি ইতিমধ্যেই পাঠানো হয়।

* অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত প্রশ্নের জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবার সাথে +8801404000777 এ যোগাযোগ করুন। (সরকারি ছুটির দিন ব্যতীত সকাল ৯.০০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৬.০০ টা পর্যন্ত)।

ডেলিভারি পলিসি:

আমরা আপনার অর্ডার সঠিকভাবে, ভাল অবস্থায় এবং সময়মতো পৌঁছে দিতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের শিপিং নীতি নিম্নরূপ নোট করুন:

* আমরা প্রতিটি অর্ডারকৃত আইটেম ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন সিটির অভ্যন্তরে আপনার দোরগোড়ায়, ঢাকার বাইরে 3 থেকে 5 কার্যদিবস (জেলা সদর দপ্তর) এবং 5 থেকে 7 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে (জেলা সদর দপ্তরের বাইরে) পাঠানোর সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা করি

* ডেলিভারি চার্জ ঢাকার ভিতরে ৫০ টাকা, ঢাকার নিকটবর্তী এরিয়ায় ৮৫ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১১০ টাকা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে

* আপনার অর্ডার ঢাকার ভিতরে ২৫ কেজির বেশি হলে, ঢাকার নিকটবর্তী এরিয়াতে ৩০ কেজি এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩০ কেজি হলে, ডেলিভারির সময় বাড়তে পারে।

* আমরা নিয়মিত সপ্তাহের দিনগুলিতে (রবিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার) ডেলিভারি করি, সরকারী ছুটির দিনগুলি ব্যতীত।

* বর্তমানে, প্রতিটি অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র একটি গন্তব্য ঠিকানায় পাঠানো হবে। আপনি যদি বিভিন্ন ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠাতে চান তবে আপনাকে একাধিক আলাদা অর্ডার দিতে হবে।

* যখন আমরা আপনার অর্ডার/গুলি সঠিকভাবে, ভাল অবস্থায় এবং সময়মতো পাঠানোর চেষ্টা করি, তখন আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল হয়ে যেতে পারে বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে (জাতীয় জরুরি অবস্থা, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ ইত্যাদি) কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।

* আপনার অর্ডার দ্রুততম সময়ে এবং ভাল অবস্থায় আপনার কাছে পৌঁছায় তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য, আমরা শুধুমাত্র স্বনামধন্য কুরিয়ার এজেন্সির মাধ্যমে শিপিং করি।

Turaag.com থেকে আপনার অর্ডার করা যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রতি আপনার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি স্টক প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে

* আপনি ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে আপনার পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করবেন এবং গ্রহণ করবেন বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে, এটি করার জন্য আপনাকে 5-10 মিনিট অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। ডেলিভারির সময় যদি আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা আকারে কোনো অমিল বা মূল্যের সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির কাছে ফেরত দিন। আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা থেকে নিশ্চিতকরণ পাওয়ার পরে দয়া করে এটি করুন।

* যদি সাইজ ফিট না হয়, আপনি ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে তুরাগ ই-কমার্স সাইট থেকে কেনা পণ্যের আকার বিনিময় করতে পারেন। আপনি ডেলিভারি তারিখ থেকে 72 ঘন্টা পরে বিনিময়ের জন্য অনুরোধ করলে আমরা বিনিময় অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করব না। (উল্লেখ্য: আমরা কেবলমাত্র তখনই গ্রহণ করব যদি ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যগুলি অব্যবহৃত, পরিষ্কার এবং হ্যাং ট্যাগ অক্ষত এবং চালান সহ তাদের আসল অবস্থায় থাকে। অনুগ্রহ করে, পণ্য/গুলি প্রতিস্থাপনের বিষয়ে আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন )

* বিনিময় শুরু করতে আপনাকে আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবাকে +8801404000777 (সরকারি ছুটির দিন ব্যতীত সকাল 9.00 থেকে সন্ধ্যা 6.00 পর্যন্ত) কল করতে হবে।

* একই এবং/অথবা উচ্চ মূল্যের পণ্যের সাথে একবারের জন্য বিনিময় করা যেতে পারে মূল্যের পার্থক্যের অর্থ প্রদান সাপেক্ষে এবং কোনও নগদ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

* অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার চালান নিরাপদ এবং অক্ষত রাখুন কারণ আপনার পণ্য বিনিময় করার সময় দোকানে এটি দেওয়া অপরিহার্য।

* ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই পণ্য ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন বা বিনিময়ের জন্য (প্রযোজ্য হিসাবে) সমস্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে।

* ডিসকাউন্ট পণ্য ফেরত বা বিনিময় করা যাবে না. কোনো ডিসকাউন্ট পণ্যের জন্য কোনো ক্যাশব্যাক থাকবে না।

* ডিসকাউন্ট পণ্য একটি কুপন কোড ডিসকাউন্ট জন্য যোগ্য নয়. এটা উল্লেখ করা উচিত যে ডিসকাউন্ট অফার আউটলেট থেকে আউটলেট এবং অনলাইনে মাঝে মাঝে আলাদা হতে পারে।

রিফান্ড পলিসি:

* আপনি ৭-১০  কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য যে পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করেছেন সেই একই পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or pricing issue at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person upon confirmation from our customer service.

Ordering Policy:

* Service is only available for articles (products) that are shown in stock on our website.

* Currently, each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If customers wish to ship products to different addresses, customers will need to place multiple separate orders.

* Orders that are paid for cannot be canceled if already shipped.

* For Order related queries, please kindly contact our Customer Service at +8801404000777. (9.00 am to 6.00 pm except for Govt. holidays).

Delivery Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policies as follows:

* We make our best efforts to ship each ordered item to your doorstep inside Dhaka metropolitan city within 24 working hours, outside Dhaka 3 to 5 working days (district HQ), and 5 to 7 working days (outside district HQ).

* Delivery charge is defined as BDT 50 inside Dhaka, BDT 85 in the sub-area near Dhaka, and BDT 100 outside Dhaka.

* If your order is above 25 kgs inside Dhaka, 30 kgs in the periphery, and 30 kgs outside Dhaka, delivery time and the charge may increase.

* Outside of Dhaka, COD (cash on delivery) will be charged at a rate of 1% of the total product price (including VAT)

* We ship on regular weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.

* Currently, each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple separate orders.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from Turaag.com. The delivery of your order is subject to the availability of stock.

* You are expected to check and receive your product in front of the deliveryman, who must wait for 5-10 minutes for you to do so. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or pricing issue at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person. Please do this after getting confirmation from our customer service.

* If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange the size of the product bought from the Turaag E-Commerce site within 72 working hours from the delivery date. We will not accept the exchange request if you request for exchange after 72 working hours from the delivery date. (Noted: we will only accept if the returned product(s) is/are unused, clean, and in their original state with the hang tag intact and with the invoice. Please, contact our customer service regarding the replacement of the product/s).

* You have to call our customer service at +8801404000777 (9.00 am to 6.00 pm except for Govt. holidays) to initiate the exchange.

* An exchange can be done for once with the product(s) of the same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference and there will be no cash refund.

* Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to give the same to the store while getting your product exchanged.

* In the case of cash on delivery, customers must bear all delivery charges for product delivery, return, or exchange (as applicable).

* Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be no cashback for any discount product.

* Discounted product is not eligible for a coupon code discount. It should be noted that Discount Offers may differ from outlet to outlet and online at times.

Refund Policy:

* The refund will be provided using the same payment channel that you have used for the payment within 7-10 working days.
