Turaag.com থেকে আপনার অর্ডার করা যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রতি আপনার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি স্টক প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে
* ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
* নগদ টাকা ফেরত কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে অনুমোদিত নয়।
* যেকোনো ক্লেইম করতে হলে অরিজিনাল ক্যাশ মেমো দেখানো বাধ্যতামূলক।
* সমান বা বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। যদি নতুন পণ্যের মূল্য বেশি হয়, তাহলে মূল্যের পার্থক্য সমপরিমান টাকা গ্রাহককে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
* ক্যাশ মেমো, পণ্যের হ্যাং ট্যাগ ও বারকোড পরিবর্তনের সময় উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। এগুলো ছাড়া পরিবর্তন প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে না।
* পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অপরিশোধিত এবং বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
* ডিসকাউন্ট/অফারের পণ্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
* পণ্য কেবল একবারই পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।।
* যদি একই পণ্য না পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে গ্রাহক সমান বা বেশি মূল্যের অন্য পণ্য বেছে নিয়ে পার্থক্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।
* ইনারওয়্যার, মোজা ও এক্সেসরিজ পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।

- * Customers can exchange products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. -
* Exchanges must be made for a product of equal or higher value than the originally purchased item. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer. -
* Original cash memo, product hang tag, and barcode must be presented during the exchange. Without these, the exchange will not be processed. -
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original, saleable condition. -
* Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange. -
* Exchange is allowed once only per product. -
* Innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
